I mop the floor where Pa threw up.
I put Pa’s dirty clothes – and Dad’s wet ones – in the washing machine.
I walk around the house and find all the dirty plates and cups I can find. I empty the dishwasher, and stack it.
I order some takeaway, and wait for it to come.
I eat my Pad Thai out of the plastic container, and put the rest in the fridge.
I wash the fork.
I clean the sink. And the downstairs toilet.
I check the mail.
I make myself a cup of tea.
And then I wash the cup. And then I dry it.
And then I put it away.
